Quickly see the status of Core Training Progress for a location and workgroup.
Each graph indicates the annual training requirements and completion percentage of each core training segment. Graphs will automatically produce needed information for each location and workgroup.
Easily see the scheduled training load for each location and workgroup with the below bar graph.
Time is valuable. When assigning training, it is important to understand the load on the end user. The learner will not engage when the load is too high. They will look for every opportunity to "click" through the training with minimal subject retention. The Scheduled Training graph allows Program Admin to better understand this load and adjust accordingly. For example, the training load could be reduced during a period of known high activity, or during periods of anticipated vacation usage.
It is much better to evenly spread the training load throughout the year, instead of requiring that it all be satisfied within a short window of time.
*Knowledge Nuggets, Games, and Videos are purposely excluded from this graph due to the low time required to complete them.
myActiveLearner® makes it easy to manage program users. Typical users include Participants, Assessors, Leadership, and Program Administrators.
From the Program Admin Navigation Pane, a user type may be selected. A sortable table will populate with all of the assigned users. Easily view or edit employee information. The user's active status may be changed with a single click. Assign or change employee training requirements simply.
Adding a new Participant is straightforward and pain-free. If time is crucial, we can upload new users in bulk when requested.

myActiveLearner® provides a library of content to get you up and running quickly. By necessity, content is general in nature and is based on industry standards or best practices. Much of the content is editable to fit your requirement.
To help you determine which training is the best fit for your organization, we provide Program Admin the ability to preview all CBT, Game, and Video presentations. You will find the playing time required for each module to help in scheduling the training load. If a CBT does not contain the specific requirements of your organization, we will customize it for a modest fee.
Knowledge Nuggets and Knowledge & Skill Evaluations are presented in table format and are line specific editable.
