  • Knowledge Nuggets Will Knowledge Nuggets deliver more than one question per day?
  • No, we purposely limit Knowledge Nuggets to one question per day because it provides the greatest retention rate. 

  • Knowledge Nuggets May a Learner access training from a mobile device?
  • Knowledge Nuggets, CBT, Video, and Games are accessible from your mobile phone, tablet, or other mobile device. KSE and other program functionality is best viewed from a desktop computer.

  • Knowledge Nuggets Can our System Administrator edit myActiveLearner® content?
  • Content is based on industry standards or accepted best practices, and will likely satisfy your training requirements. If however, you need to make changes to better fit your organization, yes, some content may be edited by your Program Admin.

    Knowledge Nuggets and Knowledge Skill Evaluations are available in table format and each line item may be edited as desired. CBT courses may be altered by myActiveLearner® staff for a modest fee. We are unable to make changes to Videos or Games. 

  • Knowledge Nuggets Is myActiveLearner® cloud based?
  • Yes, it is hosted in our secure cloud-based application. You will not have to load software into your company server.

  • Knowledge Nuggets Can you import our existing training content into myActiveLearner®?
  • Yes. Please contact us to discuss content formatting.

  • Knowledge Nuggets myActiveLearner® subscription rates are very low. Is the quality of instruction compromised?
  • Absolutely Not!  Our content is developed by subject matter experts and safety professionals who have walked in the same shoes as your personnel.  Our goal is to help an organization keep their employees' safe and sharp without price gouging. We are in this together.
