In the context of this practice, competence is defined as the consistent application of the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and aptitude required to perform key job responsibilities to a specified proficiency standard.
In a sense, competency assurance is where the rubber meets the road, and quite frankly is the most important ingredient in any training mix. Because human error is a key factor in many mishaps, many industries are Federally or locally mandated to validate employee competency.
With KSE, key Performance Tasks are identified and Standards are established. The employee is coached by qualified in-house personnel and then evaluated for the requisite Knowledge & Skill by your assessor. If Gaps exist a plan of action is created after the assessment. Evaluation results are easily inputted into the database, and comprehensive Reports are available with the click of a mouse.

On occasion, your staff will need to attend training provided by an outside vendor.
myActiveLearner® Other Training management provides a process to announce the training requirement to staff and allows the employee to submit a request for the most convenient time to attend. Requests are then automatically logged and forwarded to Supervision for approval.
Inputting outside training results for many employees can be is very painful. myActiveLearner’s Other Training management allows the employee to input their results and certification. Of course, if Program Admin prefers to input all of their results, a mechanism is in place to allow this action.
Employee Training Progress and History are quickly generated with the click of a mouse.
